Seth H. Bernstein, A resident of Atlanta for over 20 years, Seth Bernstein brings his tremendous professional experience and a detailed knowledge of the Atlanta real estate market to a new home at The Mainland Company. Seth graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville with a degree (cum laude) in political science, philosophy and Jewish studies. After working on an entrepreneurial venture in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, Seth returned to Atlanta where he founded The Blue Ridge Investment Group and Camden Commercial Real Estate (www.camdencre.com). The Blue Ridge Investment Group continues its active role as a real estate investor/developer throughout the United States as The Mainland Company. Seth has undertaken site development, residential construction and commercial investment projects in Georgia, Florida, California and Colorado. Seth stays active in the community through volunteer work with the Shepherd Center, a catastrophic care hospital, Prevent Blindness Georgia, and many national Jewish organizations. Seth enjoys traveling and being outdoors during his free time and looks forward to future real estate ventures abroad. Seth holds both Georgia and California real estate brokerage licenses. An Atlanta native, Andrew Perkel has seen the changes in the Atlanta real estate market over the past decades, enhancing his knowledge of the business. Studying biology at Colorado State University, Andy developed an acute interest in wilderness medicine, which quickly led to his first entrepreneurial endeavors: teaching outdoor safety classes, and heading a construction project in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Almost simultaneously, Andy began a second construction project in Atlanta. Realizing the demands of his real estate career were exceeding those of his academic life, he focused his energies on real estate development and began the study of business at Colorado State University. Andy returned to Atlanta in the spring of 2003 upon the completion of his studies, and shortly thereafter founded The Blue Ridge Investment Group and Camden Commercial Real Estate with Seth Bernstein. Currently, Andy is involved in residential construction, land subdivision, site development, and the acquisition of commercial investment properties with The Mainland Company.
